Kelly has a special interest in coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, weight loss, supporting and optimising digestive health, working with children and teenagers, especially with autism, ADHD and additional needs.

When Kelly is not working or studying, you will find her enjoying all things food, especially shopping, cooking, visiting the farmers markets, flicking through cookbooks, watching cooking shows and videos, reading foodie blogs and eating!
