Nutritionist, B.H.Sc (Nut)

Brooke is a nutritionist who believes a life lived in balance creates optimum health and happiness.

With a special interest in weight loss, natural fertility, hormone balance, and women’s health, Brooke is passionate about helping clients find vitality in life.

Having graduated from The Australasian College of Natural Therapies, she holds a Bachelor of Heath Science in Nutritional Medicine.

Brooke’s warm, grounded approach helps clients to achieve realistic lifestyle changes. With nutritional education, practical treatment plans, and ongoing support, she is committed to helping clients find their perfect balance.

Drawing from a blend of evidence and tradition in practice, she understands that each client is unique and creates treatment plans accordingly.

Brooke supports the nutritional philosophy of Michael Pollan: Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.
